Expansive views of the Hudson River and neighboring skyscrapers offer an instant, effortless drama to the interiors, which is complimented by a thoughtfully minimal material palette. A volumetric blackened steel reception desk and pantry island anchor the approach into the office, framed by a conference room on one side, and a rich wood screen on the other. The exposed structure and building systems are balanced by the timeless clean lines of new furnishings.
